Fun in the Sun!

by Jillian 2023-08-30

The location of this home is fantastic if you're looking for a quieter neighborhood that's close to pretty much everything. It's a short 5-10 minute drive to grocery and several restaurants, about 45 minutes to Zion, 2.5 hours to Grand Canyon North Rim, and a couple of pretty great lakes. We enjoyed it all while we were there. The house itself was clean and had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable home away from home. The layout and size was perfect for us, along with two other small families. The fact that every bedroom had it's own bathroom was so amazing. We made lots of meals at the house and used the BBQ a few times. The ONLY somewhat complaint was not at all due to the house, but the community pool. We found it to be a little less cared for - mirky water, trash here and there throughout the pool area. Other than that, our stay was great and we absolutely recommend this rental!

Highly recommend

We very much enjoyed our stay: Well stocked kitchen, plenty of room for everyone, the corn hole and table tennis were so much fun. We appreciated the extras such children's toys, games, and the pack and play. The staff was very responsive.

House was immaculate and everything we needed was supplied. Process of securing the rental was simple and efficient. Great location for our golf get-away. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience in this home. It was very clean. The beds were wonderful, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Exceptional rental.

Very nice place that was extremely well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with dish ware, utensils and pretty much any appliance (Keurig, blender, coffee pot, etc) you might need. The were also lots of other nice amenities from a stroller to a clothes drying rack. The beds were comfy and the towels were soft and fluffy. As it was December we didn't check out the community pool. Easy access to I15. Definitely most well appointed place I've stayed - highly recommended

Best Home Away

by Camille 2020-09-28

Home was perfect for our family, provided great areas for time together but offered privacy when you wanted it. Loved that each room had its own bath and the rest of the home had just the right amount of furnishings. Very clean! We'll definitely come back.

Excellent St George Stay

by Jeff 2020-09-08

This is an excellent place to stay for a St. George getaway! Everything about the house is set up for a great time. There are ample accommodations for almost anything you'd want to do. TVs everywhere, games and a gaming table, ping pong, BBQ grill, and outdoor patio. Easy access to the pool including huge pool towels, a tote bag and camp chairs since the pool doesn't have chairs out (yet?). There is even a playroom under the stairs for the little ones to play. You have everything you need to hang out together or go play in your own way. The location is also awesome as you are close to many of the best things about St. George. The Virgin River trail system access is only a few blocks away with many miles of paved cycling or walking trails. The only downside for us was the 110 degree fall weekend, but you can't control the weather, and the AC was awesome, to the point where we had to turn it down to be comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place for a family who wants a no-hassle vacation in southern Utah.
