Bedroom 4: Two Twin over Queen Bunks, flat screen tv, Ensuite bathroom with tub shower combo. These bunks are very sturdy, high-quality beds to ensure comfort. The beds were also made custom-welded, metal bunks that can hold heavier weight on all beds, even the top bunks. ( Upper Level, Sleeps 6)

Great for an gathering with extended family!

We stayed here 4 nights with our extended family and it was perfect for us. You can bring your multi-generation family or group of friends and everyone will be very comfortable. With the large number of bathrooms, 4 of the 5 bedrooms have their own private bath, giving the privacy you crave while gathering with family and friends. Yet once you venture into the living quarters, you are free to gather in multiple areas where everyone can relax. If the kids want to watch a movie, there's a great room upstairs for that. In the downstairs is another monster TV as well, so your older generation can relax as well. The TV's even support Apple's AirPlay so you can share your photos with the family and friends while relaxing! Need to get a little further away, there's a great patio outside with a fireplace and hot tub! I was especially impressed with the kitchen. You really don't have to bring much, to be ready for a stay here. They have all the utensils you would likely want, and plenty of fridge space for all the groceries you buy. We had some awesome meals! Now for the best part...it's Pet friendly! We brought our Golden Retriever along, and he was thrilled to be able to vacation with the family. They allow up to 2 dogs, and it's much more comfortable for them than a hotel room, with plenty of space for them to roam and see the family. Out back is a yard to walk the dog in, and they even have waste bags for you to use when it's time to clean up after your dog. The beds were very comfortable, some rooms even have King beds, and the kids bunk bed room is phenomenal. We had 12 people in our group, and we had space left over for more, if we needed it! Besides the house itself, we found it easy to get out to the variety of local hiking trails and Zion National Park. Don't miss out on all he things you can do in the area! I'd like to give our home providers a big THANKS for all the great things they put into the house that made our time so perfect!

This house was an awesome spot for my family to stay. The location is great for lakes and bike trails. It's outside of the chaos but close to everything still. The house itself was amazing. It had everything we could have possibly needed. The flow is great for one or multiple families. The house was super clean when we arrived and everything is well taken care of. It's close to the neighborhood community pool, which was fun and relaxing. Can't wait to stay here again!

Beautiful, beautiful home!! Spacious, clean and way more than we expected! Kelly & Brandy were wonderful hosts - they were friendly, prompt and through. They prepared the kitchen with labels for where everything was and stocked the pantry with every type of small kitchen appliance you could possibly use. The game room upstairs was well stocked with indoor games & puzzles. The garage stocked with many types of outdoor activities. One of the best features of the home was the backyard....very peaceful. We spent all our nights out there. It was a perfect place for our family of 5; enough bedrooms, bathrooms and space for us to truly enjoy our vacation. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking in this area.

A must stay property Went here for the annual guys golf trip. The house is newer, in a great neighborhood. Its modern, comfortable, and very well provisioned with pots, pans, glasses, utensils, etc. BBQ outside, outside fire pit, and jacuzzi. Dual master suites is great as well. We will return.

We absolutely loved staying here! Location was great, weather was great, and the home/yard is wonderful and beautiful. We felt as if we had everything in the home we could ever need while staying there. We absolutely loved that there is a little kid play room, our one year old was entertained for hours! The home is SO nice and beautiful, cleanly kept. Loved how everything was labeled, and so nicely organized. The hot tub was so nice, and the pool is just a few houses up which is so convenient. Will absolutely be staying here again!

Spectacular Home and Amenities

We came for a quick trip for college orientation. The location was so easy to get on / off the freeway! We didn't have enough time to enjoy everything the home had to offer from swimming pool, hottub, ping pong, board games, arcade, scootering, nearby parks and hiking! The instructions and check-in/check-out went extremely smooth and easy. Upon check-in a novelty gift bag of treats and drinks were provided. This held the kids from getting hangry while we figured out where to eat! We really appreciated the kitchen equipment and staples. And the kids absolutely loved the 4-bunk beds! We will definitely be rebooking! We highly recommend!

This home was absolutely incredible to stay at! We absolutely adore this house, with the beautiful kitchen and spacious island, big dinner table, and the abundance of kitchen appliances. The master bath shower feels so luxurious. Everything was clean comfortable. It's the perfect place to gather with friends and family! We love all the board games and the cozy loft upstairs plus the hot tub and outdoor patio, perfect for a pleasant night. I highly recommend staying at this home! This home was perfect for our family getaway to southern Utah. It is furnished beyond expectation. There is even an EV charger in the garage, so we did not have to spend time waiting at the charging station. Our kids loved the playroom under the stairs, and they had fun being able to sleep in the same room with the bunk beds. You also really could not ask for a better location. It is a short drive to Zion National Park, and within minutes you can be in downtown St. George or exploring some of the local hiking trails. We loved every minute of our stay here!

We had an incredible stay at this rental home. The property manager made our arrival smooth and the home was stunning and impeccably clean. It was fully stocked with Keurig coffee pods, condiments, and even a variety of scooters and helmets for the kids. Kids loved the play area under the stairway and room with the bunk beds! The location was perfect, easily accessible on / off the freeway, close to gas stations, McDonalds, and to all red rock attractions. It was a very peaceful get-away with our kids and friends. Perfect home to stay and explore Southern Utah. The home alone is a great destination. The south facing backyard is so warm and nice in the winter, especially with the hot tub and firepit to sit around. The kitchen had everything to cook our favorite dishes. We used the instapot and the BBQ for perfect dinners relaxing at the house and had such a fun time playing games. The little kids will love the surprise area under the stairs. We already booked the next stay.

Our large family enjoyed spending 4nights in the wonderfully equipped Desert Living - Zion. Everything was clean and organized, and the management team was responsive. The location was ideal. The children had a lot of fun playing in the “kids' hideout/playroom. I wish we could have had more opportunities to use the attractive patio, but the weather didn't play along. Our family of 10 stayed here for a week - everyone was comfortable and had loads of personal space and activities with which to occupy themselves. The kitchen was well-equipped, plenty of towels and cleaning supplies, hot tub (while daytime temps were too high for us to want to use it) was maintained daily and was a fun light show and speaker system for nighttime activities. The game/puzzle selection was fantastic! Pool toys and outdoor golf/basketball were a huge hit. We brought at least 5 items we thought surely we'd need for cooking only to find them in the pantry. The only exception was a rice cooker. We had an issue with the pool key, but management responded immediately. We could have stayed a month in this beautiful, comfortable home. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this well maintained, fully stocked home! This house is beautifully decorated and polished. We had plenty of space with two families staying and never felt crowded. You can see the attention to detail that the owners have put into this property such as: the cabinets being labeled, kitchen supplies, a hot tub in the backyard, little playroom for the kids, etc. Our kids loved the games that were provided. The towels were soft and fluffy. Pool towels are also available. Having a washer and dryer on both floors was convenient. The beds are comfortable. We enjoyed getting up in the morning and soaking in the hot tub. We took advantage of the hiking trails that are located nearby. It was lovely sitting out on the patio while we ate dinner. We took advantage of the extra parking that was located just across from the house. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

I can not say enough about this home. It was stocked with everything you need to have a great vacation and make tons of memories. There were even scooters and helmets for the whole family in the garage. It was so fun to ride them to the pool and to the park right around the corner! The kids loved all the pool toys in the garage that they could bring to the pool, playing ping pong, and hanging out in the awesome playroom. We all loved the many board games to choose from. We want to make this a yearly destination for sure.

The bedding was heaven! Adults enjoyed the kitchen and outdoor fireplace for entertainment. The kids were well entertained with screens, ping pong, basketball, mini-golf, swimming pool and hot-tub. Kids loved the “bunk room” and “cave” under the stairway. It was the perfect getaway and setup for 4 families under one roof. We will definitely re-book when staying in St. George.

Our stay suited a large group so comfortably! We loved and appreciated the home amenities including shampoo and conditioner in all the showers, coffee Keurig k-cups, condiments, well-stocked kitchen with spices and home supplies. The bedding was so soft and comfortable! The kids didn't want to leave to go hiking when they had big-screen TVs, ping pong, mini basketball, a mini-golf area, a swimming pool and hot tub, and endless board games (many that we never heard of)! The home was just minutes from the freeway with great accessibility. We will be back to stay again.

We could not have been more happy with our choice of stay in the St. George area. This home is roomy and very well appointed. We liked the location which is quiet and mid-way between all the attractions in the area. The Jacuzzi was such a nice relief after a long day of being out. The kitchen has everything you need for any meals you might want to prepare. The BBQ works great and there is much entertainment at the house such as games if you don't want to leave. We had a really enjoyable vacation in Southern Utah and this home was perfect for our whole family with plenty of space, lots of extras, and an ideal location. There are restaurants, shopping and life nearby but in the home community itself, it is quiet. The place was very clean and comfortable and has everything you could need and more. It couldn't have been better! I️ would 100% recommend a stay here.

We have stayed in Airbnb/VRBO homes from the West Coast to the East Coast and throughout Europe, and this home, without question, was the most guest-friendly, well-furnished property that we have had the pleasure to enjoy. The owners provided everything you could possibly need and then some. The beds (including mattresses and bedding) had me looking for the brands so that I could order them when I returned home as they were pure comfort. All the big-screen televisions, board games, hot tub, and pool provided all the entertainment any family (whether a couple or multi-generational gathering) could hope for. The home is simply beautiful and the furnishings and decor could grace the pages of any magazine. You will enjoy your time in the St. George area and look forward to your return stay at this beautiful property.

This is the nicest rental property we've stayed at. We especially like that this is a stand-alone home with a private, fenced backyard for our dogs and kids and it's in a quiet neighborhood nearby walking trails and two parks. The well-designed space provided endless fun for our large family including two family rooms, 8 TVs and tons of games. I just was really surprised by how nice the home was. Our kids or grandparents didn't want to leave. We'll definitely be back.

Phenomenal Rental

I recently stayed three days with extended family at this phenomenal rental. Virtually everything was supplied. I really loved the large, new, and well-supplied bedroom, comfy chairs and couches for talking or gathering around a large TV, a large table, and an even larger island with ample seating for a real party and plenty of dishes, cookware and cooking supplies all in nicely labeled cabinets, clean and easy to locate. There were also games, toys, and fun activities like ping pong, a carnival-like basketball hoops game, scooters of all sizes, a well-maintained putting green and tons of board/card games. There are extra areas for separating into small groups if desired or for kids and teenagers...and how can you beat a private hot tub and fire pit for those desert nights? The community pool is only four homes away and was very nice on those hot days. The home is also close to town and the freeway but with no noise. The little neighborhood is very quiet. This is the second time we've stayed here and we'll be back next year.

Our two- and four-legged family members really loved our stay here! The house was very clean and welcoming with more than enough space for everyone! The game area and kitchen were stocked with everything we needed (and more) to make our stay comfortable. The kids loved the hot tub and the adults loved how close we were to everything. Such a great, quiet place for a family to stay, unwind, and enjoy the St. George area. The owners went above and beyond to make the home feel like a luxurious retreat. When we arrived we were greeted with the kindest note and bag of snacks for us to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked (more fully stocked than my own) with every possible gadget that you could want. There is a huge collection of board games, pool toys, and a TV in every room. My kids had the greatest time shooting hoops in the garage and playing putt-putt in the backyard. We loved that there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax— inside and out. It's well located with easy access to parks, restaurants, and bike trails. One day we rode our bikes straight from the house to the paved bike path and then came back to enjoy the neighborhood pool. We had the greatest time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun place to relax.

This home is awesome and the place to stay for your next adventure to Southern Utah! We had so much fun hanging out and enjoying the backyard hot tub and new heated community pool. The kitchen is well stocked so we cooked a lot. There are so many cards and board games plus ping pong and basketball in the garage. an Xbox upstairs, mini-golf in the backyard, and nice big TVs in every room. It's a kid's happy place. We didn't want to come home. Even Grandma was happy and got the front bedroom so she didn't have to take the stairs. You've got to stay here!

This was quite possibly one of the best family vacations we have ever taken. We were looking for a getaway where we could spend some quality time with the kids away from ipads and video games. From the listing, it looked like it had plenty to keep us busy. In actuality, it had so much more stuff than we anticipated. Having stayed at numerous AirBnB properties, we're always unsure of what's available in the kitchens so we actually brought a lot of our own stuff. To our surprise we barely needed any of it. This place had a BlendTec blender, a griddle, popcorn maker, a latte maker, etc. This place even had 2 zesters! The rooms were spacious and was an adventure for the fam. Seeing that there were only 4 of us, the kids had fun changing rooms every night. The LED lights in the bunk bed were a nice touch. That said, the house alone had so many nice touches. It had the kids play area under the stairs, it had 2 washer and dryers and 2 fridge/freezers which was amazing, the board game wall had all the games to keep you busy, the hot tub, the putting green, ping pong, the list goes on. One of my favorite things about the property was how every cabinet was labeled. From cups and plates, to pillows and blankets, you knew where everything went and how to use it. The house was simply amazing and purposefully decorated. As far as proximity to things to do, the house was within 1 exit to both a grocery and liquor store. Day 2 of our trip we drove 1 hour to Cedar City for a great day of sledding. Day 3 took us 1 hour the other direction to Zion for hiking and on the way back we stopped at Sand Hallow to fish with the kids. Back at the house, we relaxed by cooking, baking, watching movies, and just making memories. Thank you to Kelly & Brandy for creating such an awesome space.

Excellent well maintained high tech home. The amenities this rental is un-matched in our experience offering users a full array of techno options, supplies and cookware. Location worked out well for our stay offering close by to shopping and recreational needs. Outside of the construction noise the neighborhood is quite peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back in the future. Thanks again for providing us a true memorable visit. Suggestion: how about adding a surround sound system in the game room :)

This is a beautiful brand new house. It's the perfect set up to unwind, cook meals at home and spend time with friends. Close to everything and as you'd expect there are amazing hikes in the area. The house is well furnished, there are giant TVs in every room and the kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots dishes and utensils. There are not one, but two coffee machines, drip and pod espresso with a milk frother and a great selection of pods. There's a cozy backyard with a grill and jacuzzi with sound system. We sat out on the patio sipping our coffees in the morning marveling at the mountain views and then had cocktails in the evening by the fire and it was just perfect. Our labradoodle loved the place, there's even a poop bag station for easy clean up outside. Honestly, they thought of everything to make this feel like a home away from home. This was the best choice of location and home set up for our vacation in St. George, Utah!

Our stay at "Desert Living - Zion" was one of the best vacation accommodations we've ever had! Plenty of room for our extended family to spread out, and no worries about who got which room... because they were all fantastic! Everything we needed for the stay was there, and the attention to details were amazing, like the fact that we could share all the pictures from our daily adventures on any of the huge TVs that were all over the house! The "secret" kid's playroom was a huge hit, and both the kiddos AND parents were happy for the little ones to have a fun place to be on their own. Hours were spent around the fire table in the back yard just enjoying the company and the space! I couldn't recommend staying at this house more!

Desert Living - Zion is an amazing vacation home that has everything you could think of, plus more. The kitchen is well stocked with high quality appliances, cookware and gadgets that make it easy and enjoyable to cook. The outdoor patio and living space was my favorite place to relax by the fire and stars after a full day exploring the area parks. The kids room was a perfect place for the little ones to have their own unique space but still be close to the adults. The upstairs is game ready with plenty of options to pick from. But what made this house one I would definitely return to are the bedrooms. Plenty of bedrooms to select from depending on who is along for the adventure. Plus the bed and pillows were so comfortable, I felt like I was home and slept just as well. To top it all off, we were able to bring our dog on the family vacation and he settled in quickly and loved the evenings by the fire on the patio as much as we did. I am already thinking of when to return!

Had an amazing stay with friends for a few days. The home is so comfortable and inviting. We really enjoyed hanging around the fire at night and hiking Snow Canyon and Zion's during the day. The TV's had YouTubeTV to watch sports or local channels and internet worked great. House had everything we expected and more. Beds were comfortable and the community pool was heated to 85 deg. We also enjoyed just hanging out in the hot tub at the house. Just need to learn the guitar so I can play by the fire next year. Thanks!

We LOVED our time here! It is the perfect place for your southern Utah adventures. Close to Zion National Park, Sand Hollow, Snow Canyon, hiking and mountain biking....there is a super fun playground/park for kids nearby called Canyon Park. The house is amazing! It's decorated so beautifully and with such great taste. The owners thought of everything! The kitchen is so well stocked with cooking supplies. There is the cutest play room for kids. The upstairs is so fun to hang out and watch movies and is stocked with tons of games. The backyard is perfect to hang out in the hot tub and has comfy outdoor furniture with outdoor propane heaters on chillier nights. The yard is fenced and very private. The garage is awesome for hanging out with ping pong and a fun basketball setup. The beds are so comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone! We loved having the two laundry machines. We can't wait to go back! Stay here! You won't regret it.

Exceeded all Expectations

It is truly an amazing luxury and spacious vacation home. We never had to leave the property. It had everything to keep 5 adults, 5 children, and our dogs very active all weekend. Our group kept busy cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, swimming in the hot tub; playing Xbox, basketball and ping pong; walking dogs; riding bikes/scooters to the two nearby parks and more. The younger cousins loved having their own "room" with bunk beds that sleep 6 and the area under the stairs that is set-up for kids equipped with a TV and bean bag chairs. We used the espresso and Keurig coffee pot daily, thus, not having to leave for McD and Starbucks. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Southern Utah as it is central to all major shopping, Snow Canyon and Zions National Park. We will be back!

This is an ideal home for all ages -- whether biking and hiking in Southern Utah, playing in a sports tournament or touring the state and national parks, this home meets everyone's needs. The fully stocked kitchen was so inviting with a wide variety of stemware, dishes and cookware. We ended up cooking at home most meals and loved it! We especially enjoyed the large smart TVs, a variety of games and the cozy, private backyard with the awesome hot tub and gas fire pit table. The fenced-in yard was a plus for our dogs who loved the grass and playing fetch. The ping-pong table and basketball game in the garage were also a huge hit! The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were all decorated beautifully, more than we've seen with other home rentals, which made us feel even more at home. We would highly recommend this home for any family get-together, groups of friends just wanting to chill, sports enthusiasts, small work retreats or simply escaping from the big city to quiet desert life.

This place was a perfect getaway. The house was in a great location for all kinds of outdoor adventures or just hanging at the house. The house had every board game you can think of including full size ping pong and large screen TVs with high speed internet. Everything worked flawlessly with great directions and labels. We found ourselves in the nice yard BBQing and lounging in the hot tub. This place has everything to entertain the whole family.
