5/5

Home is beautiful, quiet, clean and perfect for us and our pets!! So thankful we are able to bring our furry friends. Second time staying in this condo and we'll for sure be back!

Awesome stay clean comfortable quiet we love here

Washington, Utah pet friendly

by DIANE 2026-04-27

this was a great place to stay! It was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed our stay! I was not aware of more instructions to be sent via email on pre departure - just was using the instructions given in the guest book. There were no indications of starting a load of laundry before leaving or stripping the bed - the instructions in the book indicated to leave the linens on the bed. I followed what the instructions that were in the book and did not look at my email until arriving home. I would suggest to at least have some condiments like salt and pepper etc. and cooking spray or oil - I have always had these available in other vacation rentals. There were also no tissues - we had to purchase these and we left them there for others to use as well as salt and pepper.

Loved our stay

My 12 years old son and I had an absolutely wonderful stay in this place at Washington, Utah. The location was perfect for our trips to Zion National Park and surrounding state parks, making it a convenient base for our adventures. The place itself was fantastic – extremely clean, well-kept, and provided all the comforts we needed. Lot of great places to eat around here too. St.George is only few exits away. The communication with our host was excellent, ensuring that everything went smoothly from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to explore the beautiful surroundings of Zion.

There is a reason Brandy's place is always rated 5 stars. A great place to stay! It's a one level, very clean, spacious and well appointed. It has all the basics that you would need for your stay. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials. Has a laundry room with everything you need, tv's in every room, very comfortable beds and plenty of towels for the house and pool. The clubhouse has a workout room and ping pong table. There are two pools and a hot tub. Great location with plenty to do all around you; golf, Zion, St. George, Tuacahn amphitheater, etc. Brandy's place will not disappoint you.

Excellent and relaxing stay at Zion's Point

by Lily 2019-12-29

Had a relaxing and enjoyable Christmas at Zion's Point. It's about 12 minutes to St. George and Hurricane. About 40 minutes drive to Zion National Park and about 2 hours to Bryce Canyon. It's a very convenient location. The house is located in the city of Washington, UT. It is also near Sand Hollow State Park. The house is relaxing but if you're planning to stay in the house, you need to bring your entertainment. There's also a pond near the house where you can fish, playground and clubhouse but we didn't visit these amenities since we went all over St. George and different parks. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

“Beautiful spacious home, very clean, everything you need/want. Pools, Jacuzzi and club house were great! Really enjoyed our visit. Close to Zion, we hiked all day and relaxed in the evenings. Would definitely book this place again. Thank you!!”

by Michelle Greene- 2019-07-15

So very clean!! Equipped with everything you need. Enjoyed it very much. The only thing would be to add some grease to the doors, really squeaky.

by Katie 2019-07-15

This was truly the most “at home” I've felt away from home. Gorgeous home, excellent amenities and we loved the pool and hot tubs and how close we were to Zion. We even decided to add an extra night after we arrived and fell in love with thehouse and location. Thanks for an excellent spring break getaway! We'll definitely be back.

by Joe 2019-07-15

Very nice house!! The house itself was very nice, plenty of room for 8 people. Queen beds in 2 of the bedrooms and then 2 double beds in the third bedroom. Two of our kids slept on the couch or they had a futon mattress that they laid on the livingroom floor. They had extra pillows and blankets for the couch / mattress. The house was 45 minutes away from Zion. Large shopping area was 5-10 minutes away. Pool area was great, 2 large pools and 2 large hot tubs. Only complaint we had was the squeaky doors (they need to oil the hinges) and there was only 1 spatula in the kitchen. We had everything else we could want. We would stay again if in the area.

Nice clean and big apartment with a excellent swimming facility.

by Nick 2019-07-15

Loved the place, only suggestion I can think of is. A garage door opener would be nice. A little annoying getting out of the car to open and close the door.

by Ryan 2019-07-15

Fantastic Stay! Great amenities close by including Sand Hollow Reservoir, golfing, fishing, swimming, St. George, grocery stores. Our kids love the swimming pools at the clubhouse.
