The main level master suite features a king size bed. The room is perfectly decorated and comes with a flat-screen TV. The master bathroom has dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Also features a large walk-in closet.
The second master bedroom is also located on the main floor which features a Queen. The second master bathroom has a tub shower combo. Also has a grab bar in the shower.
The third master bedroom is on the second floor which features 2 queen size beds. Also has a desk. The third master bathroom has a tub shower combo.

Sunshine Serendipity was an excellent place to stay! Very comfortable, warm and welcoming. It was the perfect size and atmosphere for our family getaway.
Also,I slept better on the master bedroom mattress than my own—top brand—mattress at home. I'd love to know what brand and make that bed is…please share??? Thanks for the wonderful experience!

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this home! The house was exactly as described, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we appreciated the attention to detail from the owners and property managers.
The location was excellent, and we especially enjoyed spending time in the house, which made our vacation even more relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.
The only suggestions we would make are minor. The refrigerator took a little while to get cold, so an upgrade might be worth considering. Also, adding YouTube access to the TV would be a great enhancement for guests who enjoy relaxing at home in the evenings, as we do.
Overall, these were very small details compared to what was otherwise a fantastic experience. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality, we look forward to coming back!

One of the cleanest, best equipped homes we have rented, close to some of the best hiking in the country. The Utah countryside is breathtaking, especially Zion. There were so many lovely walking trails near this home, we didn't even manage to try them all. That the owners let us bring our dog was especially appreciated and we have seldom seen her so contented on vacation. She adored the patio and could probably have sat out there all day. The owners are also very well organized when it comes to providing clear instructions/communication before, during, and after the trip. We could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Kelly and Brandy's place was like my home away from home. For once I regretted over packing because they really thought of every detail. I had everything I needed to cook with, enough plates and bowls for my large family of 9. the entire place was spotless and the beds were uber comfortable. I slept like a log. they had enough family games to keep us entertained for many hours and my kids really enjoyed the air hockey table. They were also very responsive and accomodating. Loved loved loved!!! this is added to my "Favorites" for sure for the next Zion trip.

Having our older relatives with us it was so great to have to downstairs bedrooms with two attached bathrooms. My husband and I had the very large upstairs to ourselves. Second tv area with air hockey table and lots of board games. We even had our own private bathrooms, his and hers. Kelly and Brandy exceeded our expectations with their amazing customer service. Quick responses and immediate action. We were thoroughly impressed. We would not hesitate to rebook with them at this property or any other. Thank you for a memorable and problem free vacation. Kitchen- stocked with numerous pans and utensils. Kitchen appliances were new and taken care of. Paper towels and kitchen cloth towels and hot pads. Bathroom- stocked with numerous towels, toilet paper and small travel size toiletries. Newer sink and shower mats. Kleenex arranged in cute flower shapes. Bedrooms- comfortable beds with nice sheets and coverlets. Large closet areas, with a few hangars. Bring your own if you need more.

We all enjoyed our stay. The key code instructions missed one key step (which is now corrected), fortunately the garage key code steps were good and one gal in our group figured out what we were doing wrong. LOL! It was unfortunate that the spa broke. We really needed it after our long hiking day at Zion and 2 games of soccer the day before. The place was lovely, the amenities were great, the washer/dryer was a necessity for cleaning uniforms. Everyone had a good time.

This place is fantastic. It was perfect for our family stay with our pups. It had everything we needed and was so nice and clean. The beds are very comfortable which is rare for short term rentals or hotels, it seems. We didn't want to leave! Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this unit before, loved it so much that we had to return! Could not ask for more in a vacation rental. The location is so convenient, yet far enough out of the hustle and bustle that you aren't bothered by traffic or notice.

Wonderful home that was clean and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood and great location to amenities in St. George. Kids loved the pool and pool toys. Customer service very responsive when a smoke alarm went out. He was here right away after the problem was reported and was very courteous. Would definitely recommend.

This place was great! I actually own the exact floor plan a few units down and loved that I could have my children come and enjoy a few days! We loved the pool toys and the fact you had something for all ages 2-18! The high chair and pack and play helped a ton! It was a bright and cheerful atmosphere! You were great and easy to work with! We have visited Sunshine Serendipity several times, and we just keep coming back!! The location is wonderful with so much to do. And the accommodations can't be beat. Everything you could possible need is at your fingertips.
The swimming area is especially great for young kids because of so much shallow water for them to play in.

The property is an easy off I-15 and simple to find. It was extremely quiet in the neighborhood. Our stay was Mid-December.
We arrived to a very tidy and comfortable home for the week. The home is well equipped for most everything. The kids toy area under the stairs was a huge hit with the kiddos. The bikes gave us a taste of the trails just surrounding the area and the possibilities are endless. It was a little chilly for the pool, but we did use the hot-tub and it was pleasant.
I originally booked this for our family of 9 but ended up with just 6 of us. The limit for the space is 10. We probably would have been a little too cozy with the 9. I would definitely chose this property again.

This was a great place to stay in the Washington area. I've never seen a rental so well stocked with everything and more! It was very clean, beds comfortable and plenty of space. Our weather was very bad while there so we took advantage of the ping pong table and air hockey. The pool area is very nice too and just a short walk away. I felt the property owners of Sunshine Serendipity have really gone above and beyond to make sure their guest are comfortable. Most rentals just have the basics. Thank you to the property owners for making our stay so nice and comfortable! The location is very good, too and was easy to find.

Property was lovely, clean, and very well-appointed. Kitchen was stocked with all the gear you could need. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. We really enjoyed this property for our girls weekend. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and good location. We did have internet problems, however we called guest services and were able to get it resolved. The house is a great size and the kitchen is fully stocked. We enjoyed an afternoon at the community pool and used pool toys the rental provided.

Amazing four night stay, so great we were sad to leave. Great quality home with lots of room so everyone was more than comfortable. Love the bright colorful decor and all the details and everything we needed and more, swim toys, ping pong was a hit, bikes, grill, board games, pool towels. Beds were super comfortable, the whole house was super clean and easy to keep clean and tidy too. Our new fav home away from home, will definitely be back. Highly recommended, easy no fuss check in and out, even checked in couple hours early. Highly recommended

Our first outing during the Pandemic and it couldn't have been better! 4 families (we have quarantined together) decided to find some warm weather. Sunshine Serendipity was super clean and ready for us. Just love the bright colors and Southern Utah feel of this place! We all had our own space and plenty of room for eating and relaxing. We rode bikes (so nice to have them there for us) while it was cool and then went straight to the pool. Couldn't have asked for a better Mother's Day! We will definitely stay here again!

We had so much fun staying at Sunshine Serendipity! It's in a great location,super close to downtown St.George but far enough away you don't feel like you're in the hustle of the city. There are fun bike trails around and the bikes provided are awesome! The pool was also a hit, it's heated and has a super shallow end for little kids which is great as a parent of a little one. The house was really clean and had everything we needed, lots of towels, every cooking appliance you could need, treats for animals (although we didn't bring animals I thought it was a super thoughtful gesture for those who do). The kitchen is beautiful and big enough that even with 9 adults it never felt crowded. We stayed in the master bedroom and it was so nice! The room, along with the closet and bathroom were Super spacious. We slept our baby in the closet and I loved that there was a door between the closet/bathroom and the bedroom so it was kind of like his own room which is what he is used to at home.
The extra amenities like bikes, ping pong table, and the air hockey table were really fun to play when we were just hanging out at the house after being gone all day. The house also has SUCH fun toys for little kids, a play kitchen with lots of food and cooking utensils, a tool bench and the cutest little table with chairs. It was nice that all the toys were in their own space under the stairs so the kids had their own little place to play. We loved that the play area for them was on the main floor right next to the kitchen so we could all be visiting/cooking or whatever and we could easily keep an eye on the kids too.
We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it to anyone!!

We had been looking forward to getting out of the snow, and getting into the sunshine for months. Renting this house was the perfect vacation for that. It was amazing weather and such a great location. St. George in February was beautiful. This house is in a prime location with so many bike trails, parks, walking paths near by. It was so nice to spend so much time outside enjoying the sun. We will definitely be back. The service and cleanliness of the house was top notch.

This house was the perfect fit for us! Plenty of space for our big family and lots of fun things to do: ping pong, air hockey, mountain bikes, water toys, board games, a patio area with a BBQ. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. There was lots of sleeping space, with very comfortable beds, pillows, and blankets. We loved having so many bathrooms. There was a fun little room for the kids with a play kitchen, a work bench, and lots of toys. The kids played in the for hours. The is definitely kid friendly, with lots of fun toys, books, a pack and play, a high chair, a wagon, and kids dishes and utensils. Wether your 5 or 85 you can enjoy this place. We look forward to visiting again.

Such a fun home! The other short term rentals we have stayed in were tan....white...blue.....not Sunshine! We were surrounded with Orange and Purple and Yellow and Green! Not a circus at all....just FUN! and HAPPY!!!
The house was super clean. Couldn't find a spec of dust or a misplaced fur ball. So welcome to find a home that allows our beloved fur babies that is still so clean that even they don't smell the animals that came before!
Every bed was comfortable with amazing sheets and super soft blankets. The kitchen was stocked with enough plates and glasses to feed an army (also fun colors) and even the silverware was in plenty supply! There were two blenders; a hand mixer; pans to do baking; a crockpot; an electric skillet for pancakes; couldn't think of anything we needed that wasn't there!
For the kids who got tired of the pool - eventually - there was air hockey and ping pong. Games for adults and kids. And the adorable playroom for the little ones with a play kitchen, a tool bench and a ball toss! Even a few coloring books and craft supplies.
And then its the little things that we really remember. I had never stayed in a home that supplied batteries! What a nice surprise when we gave a gift that needed a couple double a's! Also charging stations by each bed! What a nice touch so that we didn't forget our chargers in the walls!
We highly recommend Sunshine Serendipity when you go looking for that perfect rental. We will definitely be going back.

We had a change In rental at the last minute due to mechanical issues. We were take care of without any issues or problems! We had a great time, the place was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a kids play area for our granddaughter! We will definitely be back next year.

We had a fantastic stay. House was very clean. Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. Still not sure where the pull out trundle bed is hiding that is listed in bedroom 4. Took the bikes out for a couple short rides. Kids loved the bunkroom and community pool. Overall great stay, would stay here over and over again. Thanks!!

Very well appointed with high quality appliances and cookware- a breeze to cook well for a large family. We also enjoyed two separate sitting areas (generally this broke up into kids area with the air hockey table and grownups). We didn't use thepool due to temperature. Very comfortable.

We had a great time at the house. Lots of towels for the pool and bathrooms. The kids loved the bunk room, heated pool, hot tub, toys & games, air hockey table, and even mountain bikes! Yes, there were 2 TREK mountain bikes to use with helmets! We had a great stay and will definitely keep this is mind to come again. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the kitchen was totally stocked. Except we couldn't find an ice cream scoop. :) Thank you for a great stay during our soccer tournament; such a quiet location, and we hope to stay & play again when there is less snow. Thank you!
