Every time I visit St. George, I stay here. It has the best master bedroom bed I've slept on in years. The "loft" was perfect for some in our family to get away from the older generation to watch TV and to just "chill". Close for hiking in the very nearby hills, swimming in the pool, which is located literally 4 houses away, or shopping at the nearby stores. The kitchen had every countertop appliance I needed for cooking. Coming back in a few months and this be our stay, again. Thanks, SOUTHERN COMFORT!!!

The place was exactly as advertised and more than met our expectations. Hot tub was great after long days of hiking and walking. We had 2 people working remotely and the internet worked well.

My family stayed nine nights at this beautiful condo. We had the best experience and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Having stayed in many Airbnb properties, I will have to say that this is probably one of my best experiences. The property was just as described and there was plenty of room for my party of six to spread out. There are actually enough beds to sleep 14 people, but it is posted that the limit is 10 due to city code. We were pleased to find many basic supplies provided such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, hangers, dish, soap, hand soap, and even several small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. There were also many spices, cooking oil, flour, sugar, and many other items left by other guests that were available. The community pool is about a block away, and while small, was very nice to have. We very much enjoyed our stay and would choose this property again.

Comfortable beds. I looked at the master bed. It is an Intellebed. Best bed I've ever slept on. I'm buying one. We were only here during sleeping hours but what a nice place to call "home" at the end of each travel day. The hot tub was vacacnt on Thursday-a bit more crowded on Friday, however, it's large enough to accommodate 17 people. Sure we were shoulder to shoulder, but we all got to soak our tired bodies. I'm going to back to SOUTHERN COMFORT!

This townhouse is great! It has all the amenities that I have at my personal house. I love the loft. What a great place to let the kids unwind by playing foosball. Being able to cook home-made meals saved us a ton of money and by doing so, we didn't spoil our diets...ha. I'm coming back and requesting Southern Comfort again.

Excellent home with comfortable furniture and beds and a well equipped kitchen. The unit reflected high level care and maintenance except as noted below. We enjoyed our 18 day stay and would return to this unit again. Only two issues detracted from our stay. The upstairs thermostat reset itself on multiple occasions to heat the upstairs area to 74 degrees, and in one case to 83 degrees. This required multiple calls to rental management to correct. Also, the master bedroom TV was never able to connect to YouTube TV despite following instructions at the home to make a connection, and the rental agency was not able to provide updated or adequate instructions to correct the situation. We assume both issues are minor equipment problems

Thank you for staying with us and being such wonderful guests. We are so sorry about the thermostat. Where it was a nest we do not have control over the settings. However, after speaking with the owner we were able to find a resolution so that this does not happen again. We are not sure why the YouTube was not working upstairs but will modify the instructions. The perfect place to stay! Awesome place to stay. Immaculate condition, tons of room, great beds, amazing kitchen, garage, swimming pool, hot tub and more. The WiFi works great too! Restaraunts and gas stations are close by but not too close.We'll definitely be coming back. This place is the best place we have ever stayed in St. George and it's large enough to split the cost with friends which makes it far better and less $ than staying in a hotel.
