Excellent

5/5

We loved everything about our stay. There is plenty of room in the condo the amenities are perfect. We will definitely be returning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was very welcoming and clean. The beds were super comfy, and we had plenty of linens. They had EVERYTHING we could possibly need while we were there. There was something for everyone, including toys and entertainment for the little ones. I would 100% stay here again, it was AWESOME!

This was the nicest AirBNB we've stayed in. My only regret is that I did not spend more time there. I honestly would have rearranged my trip to have another day there had I known it was this nice. It was spacious, clean, well stocked, conveniently located, and in a great neighborhood. It felt like home away from home. Most AirBNBs hit all the big details, this one hits all the finer points as well. It is a must stay!

Wonderful place! So many nice accommodations. We loved having access to so many extra blankets and pillows that made everyone feel so cozy and at home. The place was spacious and beautiful and quiet. Everything was so fantastic. I can't wait to visit here again and we will definitely be staying again!!

This place was AMAZING!!!!!! The host was on top of communication our entire stay! Highly recommend!!!

The house was absolutely wonderful! The sleeping arrangements were so well thought out, with actual beds for 10-12 people. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals, with more dishes than you could need, there were plenty of pool towels, regular towels and blankets, the communication was quick and kind, the pools and hot tubs were lovely, the house was spotlessly clean, the foosball and pinball were a hit, and the house provided plenty of space for our family of nine. We would come back in a heart beat.

Another wonderful stay.

Great family condo!

by Aaron 2021-07-17

We love staying in the Coral Ridge condos! Location is great...pools are great...and Brandy @ Vacation Resort Solutions is fantastic. Our family has stayed over a dozen times in their properties, and they never disappoint. This specific property is comfortable, clean, and fun. Kids (and dad) enjoyed the pinball table, and the bed in the main suite was so comfortable that we want to know what the brand is! Loved this unit.

Great Place

The unit was very nice and spacious. There was plenty of room and the unit is even larger in person than what you see in the pictures. The process was easy and would highly recommend staying here.

We loved staying at the Desert Paradise Getaway. This home was very comfortable. It had an open floor plan, with large rooms and it was beautifully decorated. (The pictures do not do it justice.) This home was also very clean and well maintained. The towels, sheets and blankets all seemed new or freshly laundered. The beds were as comfortable as our beds at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook for our family. St. George was close though that if we didn't feel like cooking we could easily go into town for dinner. This home also has a community pool and hot tub, which we really enjoyed. It is also close to Zion and we were able to go hiking and ride our bikes. We loved staying in this home and we will be renting this property again.

cold, smelly, wi-fi not connecting

by Debora 2019-11-13

2/5

The layout and location was good, but it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and we had to burn candles and leave the windows open. At night it got cold with the windows opened and the heat would not turn on. Also, none of our devices would connect to the wi-fi. Not the most comfortable stay. Managers Response: We are so sorry that your experience was poor. We sincerely wish that you would have contacted us during your stay instead of contacting us after your departure. We have a non smoking policy. We do not allow smoking. We went and investigated the day of check-out and found no signs of cigarette smoking in the home. This was also confirmed by our cleaning team and management. I am highly sensitive to that smell and I can easily detect it. We also found that you had the thermostat settings set incorrectly. Also, the wifi only needed to be reset. We post on our check-in instructions as well as our welcome binder inside the home our guest services phone number. These issues would have been very easy to address if you would have taken the time to call us. We also send out an email checking in to see how your stay is going. We never heard from you until you checked out. We were also very disappointed on how the home was left. The check-out instructions were not followed. There were dirty dishes scattered throughout the home. Also, soiled kleenex's on the floors, beds, and nightstands. We also found it odd that the main level living furniture had been moved.

Beautiful, Spacious Home

by Jennifer 2019-11-11

We loved staying here! It was clean, open, had everything you didn't even know you needed! My grandkids came to visit while we were there and loved playing the pinball machine and spending time with each other in an open, safe environment. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The main floor was open-concept and great for cooking, eating and visiting! The grandkids loved the pool areas! We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I had a hard time with was the height of the master bed (so high I had to climb up!), and the screaming of the pinball machine. If there were a way to turn down the volume so the entire neighborhood didn't hear it, that would be super! Otherwise this was a great place to spend the weekend! Would love to stay longer next time!

The house was excellent! Every room and all the furnishings were nice, clean and comfortable. Loved all the extras! The highchair and baby toys were a life saver. Really nice fully stocked kitchen. Lovely patio. We had a pin ball tournament everynight. The only thing was we could have used a few extra patio chairs, we didn't want to take the nice dining chairs outside. This was seriously such great place. The rental staff were also very nice and so easy to work with!

by Carolyn 2019-07-15

The home was beautiful and incredibly comfortable. We didn't want to leave!! We'd definitely love to visit again and will recommend to our friends. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!!

by Stephen 2019-07-15

Our stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. Things were clean, the property was well stocked with everything we needed, and the property felt spacious. We did little cooking, but in the pantry was an electric skillet, electric griddle, slowcooker, and electric pressure cooker. My son emjoyed fishing at the pond, and my kids enjoyed rhe pool even in February. My parents were with us, and my mom said it might have been the nicest place she has ever stayed on a trip. Checkout expectations were really simple and reasonable. Thank you!

by Kathy 2019-07-15

Our stay exceeded all of our expectations. Everything is thoughtfully prepared to the smallest details. The home was clean, organized, comfortable, well stocked and more. We've already booked another stay and can't wait to return. The amenitiesare exactly as described and Brandy was wonderful to work with.

by Lara 2019-07-15

Beautiful place to stay! Well appointed and perfectly situated to enjoy the outdoor activities we love doing!

by Michelle 2019-07-15

Our group had a great time at this home, it had everything that you need.

by Josh 2019-07-15

This house was perfect for our two small families and had everything we'd ever need included in the unit. We absolutely love this neighborhood and will keep coming back! The service is impeccable, it's so clean and comfortable, I just can't sayenough about it. Our kids were entertained and us parents felt right at home.
